Is this only for large companies?
No. An organization may begin with one authorized rider and expand later. FYND can support small employers, nonprofits, charities, and local programs.
Can each rider have different limits?
Yes. Individual riders can have their own budgets, ride counts, tip rules, and approved transportation access.
Can riders schedule their own trips?
Yes. An invited rider uses a personal FYND account. Eligible sponsored rides are checked against the organization’s rules before they are accepted.
Can we restrict where the account may be used?
Yes. Approved-route rules can limit rides to specific pickup and destination areas and can allow the route in one or both directions.
How does billing work?
FYND will confirm an approved billing arrangement during account setup. Options may include invoicing, prepaid transportation funds, or charging an approved payment method per completed trip.
How soon can a ride be scheduled?
FYND rides must normally be reserved at least eight hours before pickup. Account approval does not guarantee availability for every requested time.

How sponsored rides work
Authorized riders sign in with their own FYND account. At checkout, they can charge an eligible ride to this organization. FYND checks the rider, route, ride limits, and budgets before accepting it.
Authorized riders
Control who may charge rides to this account. Every invitation gets its own single-use code.
Budgets and automatic tips
Leave a budget blank when no account-wide limit is needed. Individual rider limits can be more restrictive.
Transportation balance
Unused prepaid funds stay recorded as customer funds. FYND recognizes ride revenue only after a ride is completed.
