Once verified, an eligible rider receives a minimum discount of 10% on the qualifying ride fare for every FYND ride—not only a first ride or a limited promotional period.
FYND may provide a larger discount during special events or promotions, but the verified service discount will not be less than 10% of the eligible ride fare.
Clear exclusions, not hidden fine print.
The qualifying metered or service fare after any applicable minimum fare is determined, subject to the current promotion terms shown during booking.
Airport fees, tolls, tips, taxes, government-imposed charges, off-hours fees, or other separately identified pass-through and third-party charges.
Verification is required.
FYND will provide a secure verification process before applying the ongoing discount to an account. Do not email or publicly post military IDs, law-enforcement credentials, or other sensitive documents. Eligibility, acceptable verification, and offer terms may be updated to prevent misuse or comply with applicable requirements.

A discount cannot repay a lifetime of service. It can, however, be one consistent way for a local company to recognize the people who protect our neighbors, respond when things go wrong, and defend the freedoms every American depends on.
Discount questions
Is this only for active-duty military?
No. The program is intended to include verified active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, veterans, and qualifying first responders.
Does the discount apply to airport fees or tolls?
No. Airport charges, tolls, and other separately identified pass-through fees are excluded from the discount.
Does the discount expire after one ride?
No. Once an account remains verified and eligible, the minimum 10% discount applies to every qualifying FYND ride under the current program terms.
