OWNER-DRIVEN. SERVICE-LED.

Quality before vehicle count.

FYND was started by Malachi and Abigail, who have completed 8,982 professional trips between them. We are focused on serving Pensacola well with experienced owner-drivers and dependable private transportation.

High passenger fares should not require low driver pay. FYND is building a more transparent platform where experienced drivers help shape what comes next.

THREE YEARS IN PENSACOLA

Everybody has to start somewhere. FYND started behind the wheel.

Malachi left car sales and has worked gig transportation since 2018. Malachi and Abigail have spent three years proving FYND’s service locally in Pensacola—serving real passengers, learning what creates repeat business, and seeing firsthand what drivers need from a transportation company.

FYND is beginning its next stage with a private transportation-based operating model because a strong company needs a legal, understandable foundation. That foundation gives us a place to grow from while we build the technology, driver network, passenger demand, and operating standards that modern rideshare should have.

“We are not looking for disposable drivers. We are looking for founding drivers who want to help build the company we all wished existed.”— Malachi, owner and working driver

THE PROBLEM DRIVERS ALREADY KNOW

The same work should not produce mystery pay.

A trip that pays about $20 should not suddenly pay $10 under similar conditions without a clear explanation. Drivers should not finish a familiar shift wondering why the same hours produced dramatically different trip economics.

Consistent trip rules

FYND uses published local fare rules, disclosed external costs, and a documented driver-plan percentage instead of unexplained trip-by-trip math.

More control over demand

Repeat passengers, direct requests, and eligible negotiated flat rates help good drivers build clientele instead of relying entirely on random requests.

Honest about what varies

Passenger demand will still change. FYND cannot guarantee a daily total—but it can explain the calculation for every completed trip and give drivers tools to build steadier business.

THE FYND DIFFERENCE

What FYND does not do.

Drivers should not have to study an algorithm to understand whether a trip is worth taking. These principles are how FYND intends to operate—not talking points about another company.

01

We do not auction a driver’s pay downward among drivers.

02

We do not personalize offers around the lowest amount an individual driver may accept.

03

We do not quietly change FYND’s percentage from one trip to the next.

04

We do not hide the passenger’s trip fare from the assigned driver.

05

We do not combine deductions into one unexplained expense category.

06

We do not use presumed neighborhood income to decide what someone should pay.

07

We do not stop good drivers from building eligible repeat clientele.

08

We do not require drivers to work exclusively with FYND.

What we do: Published rules. Visible deductions. A consistent FYND share. Direct relationships. Driver choice.

WHY DRIVERS CHOOSE FYND

More than another app sending random trips.

FYND gives serious drivers a path to earn a larger published share, create lasting passenger relationships, and build something that has value beyond a single ride.

01 Build your own clientele

Turn great service into repeat business. Eligible passengers can request you directly instead of every relationship disappearing after one ride.

02 Keep a higher published share

FYND’s plans let drivers keep 80%, 85%, or 90% after disclosed HUM and Stripe costs. Higher-volume drivers can choose the structure that fits their business.

03 Negotiate eligible flat rates

For eligible direct bookings, drivers and repeat passengers can agree on customer- and route-specific flat rates when permitted and documented through FYND.

04 See where every dollar goes

FYND identifies insurance, payment processing, its own share, subscriptions, toll handling, tips, and the resulting driver payout.

05 Keep your independence

FYND does not require exclusivity. Continue using other driving platforms while building your FYND passenger base on your schedule.

06 Help shape the company

FYND was founded by working drivers. Founding drivers can bring real field experience into decisions about dispatch, earnings, safety, and the tools drivers use.

BUILT FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT

Private transportation shaped by real local experience.

FYND's operating standards come from years of serving Pensacola passengers, testing what works, and learning what dependable transportation requires.

Quality comes before growth.

FYND is concentrating on excellent service from its current owner-drivers instead of opening public driver enrollment.

Meet FYND

FROM THE DRIVER’S SEAT

Malachi has lived the problems FYND is changing.

Malachi has worked in gig transportation since 2018. He knows twelve-hour driving days, unpaid miles, changing trip economics, and what it feels like to argue with support when a payout does not match what a driver expected.

Still grounded in the work

FYND’s decisions come from years of real trips—not only spreadsheets, algorithms, or investor presentations.

Drivers deserve ownership

A great driver should be able to earn repeat requests and build trusted clientele instead of starting from zero after every trip.

Passengers can benefit too

A transparent local fare can cost a passenger less while still directing a stronger, clearly explained share to the driver.

Insurance costs should be visible.

When applicable trip insurance is used, FYND identifies the covered mileage cost separately from its company share. Drivers see the current amount during onboarding and in their agreement instead of receiving one unexplained deduction.

The applicable rate and complete coverage terms are shown during onboarding and in the current driver agreement. This page does not replace the insurance policy or agreement.

Coverage that is explained—not hidden behind a fee

FYND publishes what insurance costs per covered mile and explains how protection changes from waiting online, to driving toward pickup, to carrying a passenger. During applicable accepted-trip periods, the policy also includes contingent physical-damage protection for an eligible driver vehicle, subject to policy conditions, deductibles, limits, and exclusions.
