How scheduling with FYND works
Choose Schedule, then enter verified addresses, optional stops, pickup date and time, FYND service, and passenger count.
Check the planned route and flat trip price before you confirm the scheduled ride.
Eligible drivers can review the reservation ahead of time. FYND keeps you updated when a driver accepts and as pickup approaches.
A scheduled request is not the same as a confirmed driver. The ride is confirmed once FYND shows that an eligible driver has accepted or been assigned. Scheduling does not depend on a driver being online at the moment you submit the request.
Scheduled ride questions
How far ahead do I need to schedule?
Normal passenger bookings must be submitted at least eight hours before pickup. Enter the trip as soon as your plans are firm so eligible drivers have more time to review it.
Does a driver need to be online when I schedule?
No. All FYND rides are scheduled in advance. Eligible drivers can review the reservation after you submit it.
Does scheduling guarantee that a driver will accept?
No. Your request becomes confirmed when FYND shows a driver assignment. Until then, watch the ride status for updates.
Can the displayed price change?
The displayed price covers the planned trip. Additional waiting, added stops, significant route or time changes, tolls, and applicable airport charges may change the final total.
Can I schedule a ride to or from PNS?
